Simply Energy Resolution Process
If you have a problem with our service we offer a free internal complaints process. Please either call us on 0508 4Simply or send an email to info@simplyenergy.co.nz or post a letter to P O Box 10609, The Terrace, Wellington.
If you do not receive a satisfactory resolution within 20 working days you have the right to take your complaint to the free and independant Electricity and Gas Complaints Commissioner.
